Trust should be checkable

We would rather show you proof than anonymous praise.

Charterwerk is building its verified review collection. Until feedback can be tied to a real, permissioned booking, we will not present first names, flags, and five stars as if that alone proves a trip happened.

What you will see here later

Published customer feedback will identify the trip period, destination, yacht category, and verified-booking status while protecting personal details. Reviews will remain visible whether they are positive, mixed, or critical, subject to moderation for privacy and abuse.

What you can verify today

Four checks to make before paying.

01

Who operates the yacht

The booking identifies the professional operator responsible for the vessel and charter contract.

02

What the price contains

Included services, mandatory charges, selected extras, due-today amount, and the remaining schedule are shown in the booking flow.

03

Where the payment goes

The checkout distinguishes operator payments through Stripe Connect from a Charterwerk booking-fee route with a direct operator balance.

04

When the charter is confirmed

A reservation is labelled confirmed only after the operator’s written acceptance, not merely because a payment attempt succeeded.
